Quick answer
  • Walk-ins: Welcome—best for quick evaluations and when you’re flexible on timing.
  • Appointments: Best for faster turnaround and repairs that may need specific parts.

    Walk-ins (how it works)

    When you walk in, we’ll:

    • Confirm your device model and issue
    • Give you repair options (and part-quality options when applicable)
    • Provide an estimated turnaround time based on workload + parts availability
If we’re slammed or a part isn’t available, we may recommend scheduling a time that fits better.

      Appointments (how it helps)

      Appointments help by:

      • Reserving a time slot for your repair
      • Reducing wait time
      • Improving the odds of same-day completion (especially when parts are in stock)
      Best tip

If you want the fastest service, call/text ahead with your device model and issue so we can confirm parts and timing.
