How to Book an Appointment

Appointments are the fastest way to get in and out—especially if your repair needs a specific part. Walk-ins are welcome too, but an appointment helps us reserve time for you.


What we need from you


To book the right repair slot, please have:

  • Device type (iPhone, Samsung, iPad, etc.)
  • Exact model (example: “iPhone 12 Pro Max”)
  • What’s wrong (cracked screen, won’t charge, battery drains fast, etc.)
  • Any urgent timing needs (same-day if possible)


    How scheduling works

        • Appointments are set in time blocks so we can stay on schedule.
        • Many common repairs can be completed quickly once you’re checked in.
        • If a part needs to be ordered, we’ll let you know the expected timeline before you commit.


          Same-day service


          Same-day is often possible when:

          • The part is in stock, and
          • The device doesn’t have hidden damage from prior repairs or liquid exposure
