Same-Day Repairs: How It Works

We do our best to offer same-day service on many common repairs. The fastest way to get in and out is to come in prepared and (when possible) book an appointment.

What “same-day” usually means here

For many common repairs (like screens, batteries, and charging ports), same-day often means:

  • We can diagnose quickly and confirm the repair
  • If the part is available, we can usually complete it the same day, often within about an hour once we begin work

What helps you get same-day service
    • Book an appointment when you can (it reserves time on the bench)
    • Respond quickly if we text/call with questions
    • Bring your charging cable if the issue is power/charging-related
    • Back up your device ahead of time when possible
    • If you’re comfortable, providing your passcode can help us fully test after the repair (optional)

What can prevent same-day service (even for common repairs)

      Same-day depends on a few real-world factors:

      • Parts availability: some models/variants need special-order parts
      • Hidden damage: prior repairs, bent frames, damaged housings, or liquid exposure can add time
      • Complex issues: intermittent problems can take longer to reproduce and diagnose
      • End-of-day timing: if you arrive close to closing, we may need to schedule pickup for the next open day

If we don’t have the part in stock

If your part isn’t on hand, we’ll confirm:

        • The exact model/variant needed
        • The best part option for your budget (when options exist)
        • The expected arrival time for the part
In many cases, special-order parts arrive within 1–5 business days.

        Good to know

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments generally get the quickest turnaround. If you’re trying to get it done the same day, booking ahead is your best bet.
