Typical turnaround (most common repairs)

Many common repairs are completed the same day—often within about an hour once checked in—depending on parts and workload.

Common examples:
  • Screen repairs: often 30–45 minutes for many models
  • Battery replacements: often 30–45 minutes
  • Charging-related issues: timing depends on whether it’s a cleaning/fix vs a full repair

What can make a repair take longer?

A repair may take longer if:

  • A part needs to be special ordered
  • The device has signs of liquid damage
  • There were prior repairs (missing screws, wrong adhesives, damaged connectors, etc.)
  • Extra testing is needed due to multiple symptoms
Parts availability
  • If the part is in stock, repairs are usually faster.
  • If we need to order a part, most special orders arrive within 1–5 business days (sometimes sooner).
