All phone, tablet, and 2‑in‑1 device screen repairs now include DisplayShield at no extra cost.
Some devices have pre-existing issues that a new screen can’t fix, such as:
- Frame/housing damage (bent frame can cause screen lifting or pressure points)
- Liquid damage/corrosion
- Prior repairs (missing screws, damaged connectors, incorrect adhesives, etc.)
- Internal display damage that spreads over time (especially after drops)
- We take care around biometric components, but some devices have limitations:
- iPhones: certain models may lose True Tone or have Face ID issues if there was prior damage or prior repair work.
- Androids: fingerprint sensors vary by model; we’ll test when possible.
- Cases: sometimes we’ll remove the case for proper fitment/testing.
- Screen protectors: if yours is cracked or lifting, it may need to be removed during the repair. We’ll tell you before we do anything.
Most screen repairs include a warranty against part/manufacturing defects. It does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or accidental breaks after the repair. If you have a concern after pickup, contact us right away so we can take a look.
If you can, book an appointment and let us know your exact model ahead of time—especially if the device is newer or less common.
