Parts availability is one of the biggest factors in repair speed. Some parts we keep on hand, and some are ordered based on your exact model and the repair type.


In-stock parts (fastest option)

If your part is in stock, many repairs can be completed the same day—often within about an hour once checked in (depending on workload).


Special order parts (when we need to order)


We may need to special order parts when:

  • Your device model is less common
  • The part cost is high or has multiple quality options
  • The device has been previously repaired and needs a specific version of the part


    Typical arrival time for special orders is 1–5 business days (sometimes sooner).


    Part quality options


    Depending on the device and repair, we may offer different part-quality options (for example: OEM vs premium aftermarket). We’ll explain the differences so you can choose what fits your budget and expectations.
