Quotes:How It Works

We’re happy to provide a quote before you come in. Most of the time we can get you very close with a few quick details.

What we need to quote accurately

  • Device make/model (example: iPhone 12, Galaxy A14)

  • What’s wrong (and what happened right before it started)

  • Any visible damage (cracks, bent frame, liquid exposure)

  • Whether the device has had a prior repair

What happens after you request a quote

  1. You share the device model + the issue (photos help if there’s damage)
  2. We give you an estimated price range and the next step (come in, schedule, or special-order part)
  3. We confirm the final total after an in-person inspection (and before we start work)

Why a quote can change after inspection

Some issues look the same on the outside but have different causes underneath. Pricing may change if we find:

  • Additional hidden damage (bent frame, back glass damage, internal damage)
  • Liquid damage or corrosion
  • Prior repair issues (missing screws, incorrect parts, adhesive problems)
  • Multiple failures (example: screen + charging port)

How we handle price changes

  • We confirm the updated total with you before we continue
  • If you don’t want to proceed, we’ll stop and review options
  • For special-order parts, payment is required up front

Best way to get a fast quote

Call/text us with the device model and a quick description of the issue. If you can, include a photo of the front/back damage.
