What we need to quote accurately
- Device make/model (example: iPhone 12, Galaxy A14)
- What’s wrong (and what happened right before it started)
- Any visible damage (cracks, bent frame, liquid exposure)
- Whether the device has had a prior repair
What happens after you request a quote
- You share the device model + the issue (photos help if there’s damage)
- We give you an estimated price range and the next step (come in, schedule, or special-order part)
- We confirm the final total after an in-person inspection (and before we start work)
Why a quote can change after inspection
Some issues look the same on the outside but have different causes underneath. Pricing may change if we find:
- Additional hidden damage (bent frame, back glass damage, internal damage)
- Liquid damage or corrosion
- Prior repair issues (missing screws, incorrect parts, adhesive problems)
- Multiple failures (example: screen + charging port)
How we handle price changes
- We confirm the updated total with you before we continue
- If you don’t want to proceed, we’ll stop and review options
- For special-order parts, payment is required up front
