Our warranty, in plain English

Most Apple and Samsung repairs come with a lifetime warranty on the repair/part for manufacturing defects.

That means if a part fails due to a defect (not damage), we’ll take care of it.

What’s typically covered?

Examples of warranty-covered issues may include:

  • Touch not responding due to part defect
  • Display issues caused by part failure
  • A replaced component failing under normal use

    What’s not covered?

    Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage (drops, cracks, impact)
    • Liquid/water damage
    • Damage caused by pressure/bending
    • Issues caused by unrelated failures or new damage after the repair
    • Certain special part types (we’ll tell you up front if a repair has different coverage)

      How a warranty visit works
      1. Bring the device in
      2. We inspect and test it
      3. If it’s a warranty issue, we fix it
      4. If it’s damage-related, we’ll explain what happened and give repair options

        If you’re unsure

Come in or contact us—most warranty questions are quick to answer once we see the device.
