We offer limited on-site service in the Grand Junction / Grand Valley area, based on availability and the type of issue.
Unknown issue (diagnostic visit)

• Local House Call Diagnostic Fee: $89.99
• Prepaid to schedule/confirm the visit
• Non-refundable
• If you proceed with and complete repair service with us, this fee is applied toward your final repair total

Known repair (you already know what you need)

• Mobile Addon On Site Fee: $59
• This is an on-site upcharge added to the normal repair price for mobile service

Travel outside the included rangeIf you’re outside our included local range, additional travel charges may apply and will be confirmed before scheduling:

• Travel Surcharge: $20 — covers up to 20 minutes of additional travel time beyond what’s included (when applicable)
• Mileage overage: $2.50 per mile beyond the included range (when applicable)

In‑Home Tech Support (PC / Network / Printer Help)

• Standard In Home Tech Support: $99.99
• On-site help for issues like Wi‑Fi/network problems, printer setup/troubleshooting, and other PC-related issues
• Includes up to 1 hour on-site

Additional time (if needed):

• Additional 15 minutes: $25 (when applicable)
